It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I definitely liked how many treatment options I was presented with here. They didn't recommend surgery too quickly and really wanted to try other treatments first. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
