Dr. Sandoval's office crew has a lot to be desired - They are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL - I was in the doctor's office early in the morning (Office opens at 9:00 a.m.) - My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 a.m. and I did not see the doctor until almost 10:00 a.m. - Scripts (medication that needed to be started that day) were to be sent to my pharmacy (electronically) and with numerous phone calls to the doctors office and the pharmacy, by 4:15 p.m. there still were no scripts submitted to my pharmacy - The doctor's staff tends to put a patient off without any consideration to their needs - Also, their attitude is disconcerting (they just walk you around the block so to speak) - Dr. Sandoval needs to CLEAN HOUSE - His staff is not looking out for the best interest of his practice.

Dr. Sandoval is by far the nicest and most compassionate doctor I have ever had! Prior to meeting him. He doesn't rush you through you appointment, like most doctors do, he actually listens to what you are telling him and you can tell he became a doctor in order to help his clients the best possible way. I absolutely love Dr Sandoval and his staff is the nicest any doctor could ever hope for. To me he is not just a doctor, but he has become a good friend of mine. If you are lucky enough to get him as your doctor, I promise that you will have your faith restored in the medical profession and have the same admiration for him that I do! Thank you for everything Dr. Sandoval! Your friend Dustin. :-)

No, but they said they were going to!

No. It took me several times to get through.
