When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Their staff is very friendly and professional. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
