Dr. Machnau was awesome. I have seen her for over 8 years, and she mellowed with years, which I found refreshing. The nurse was abrupt.

I made an appointment for 2:00 pm to see Dr Karin Machnau. I arrived with all paperwork completed. Finally at 2:40 I was taken into a room only to have a haughty nurse practitioner by the name of Jessica Rosenblum assist me. She had no clue how to address my issues and proceeded to insult me with her snippy attitude when I questioned her expertise and asked to see the doctor. She has no business working as a nurse practitioner. I know better than she what I have and what treatments are available. She also lied to me about a certain prescription drug only being available in a generic form. I would never refer any of the doctors here because they allow this inexperienced know it all to deal with people who have come there for help. This office uses people like Jessica to take their overflow. I lost hours out of my day and the only thing they did well was process my payment which was cash. I work in the healthcare industry and I know what I saw and how I felt when I left this office. It is with extreme concern for other people relying on this practice for care that I write this review. I am shocked with what I experienced. Not once in the forty minutes I waited to see Dr Machnau was I told she would not be seeing me. Jessica has no business playing nurse and she made it clear to me with her lack of knowledge and professionalism.
