Been trying to get some things taken care of for my mother. It has taken 3 phone calls and when I told the nurse who I was and she told the other nurse I've been talking to, I could hear the other nurse in the background say "UGH". That is downright rude and totally unprofessional. All I am doing is trying to get my mother taken care of. Trying to get these people (including Dr. Mukkamala) to do anything is worse than pulling teeth. It is ridiculous to be treated this way. I realize my mom is not his only patient, but a little understanding and caring attitude goes a long way. This office fails miserably in that category. I would not recommend them or Jackson's Hospital to anyone. I have had nothing but problems with all of them.

Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with this doctor that I put my mother under his care when she came to live with me. All my questions are always answered, and I feel I am getting excellent medical attention. Their office is always comfortable and welcoming. They even provide coffee for their patients. The office staff is always professional and caring and responds to telephone calls. I would highly recommend this doctor and practice to anyone (and have sent several people there).
