I have taught yoga since 1997,and practiced massage since 1993. I offer swedish, Shiatsu, Thai and Ashiatsu massage. Although shiatsu,and Thai massage are typically clothes on styles, they can also be integrated into a swedish massage (sometimes oil on bare skin cannot be beat!)
In my massage sessions and yoga classes I try not to talk too much as I think we are too bombarded with information as it is. I allow for many moments of silence/ meditation. In small bites sizes, I integrate information related to pilates and ayurveda, chakras, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) into my classes.
I also teach in Shoreview and thru Columbia Heights Community ed. and am available for daytime classes at your location. I also offer hand drumming circles and special community events such as house concerts..

As of March 2015: Body Prayers is now housed in the one story PineView Square by the Circle Pines Post office. We offer yoga , pilates, and massage.
