Dr. Gates has provided ENT care to the residents of the Harrisonburg area since 1985. He attended Louisiana State University for undergraduate studies, medical school and residency. Dr. Gates sits on the Valley Health Plan Board of Directors and has served in the past on Rockingham Memorial Hospital's Board of Directors. He is also a past president of the Virginia Society of Otolaryngology.
The primary focus of Meadowcrest ENT is diseases and maladies of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck. In addition, Meadowcrest specializes in facial cosmetic surgery, Botox, and dermal fillers. Meadowcrest's full-time Audiologist provides in-house audiology testing and hearing aids sales and service. Their full-time Master Aesthetician specializes in skin health programs, microdermabrasions, chemical peels, facials and other laser and skin therapy treatments.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr. Gates and Dr. Streeter are fantastic! I have seen them both and they are exceptional doctors. I recently saw Dr. Streeter for an ear problem and left the office with the problem resolved. She took her time with me and was sensitive to my fears. I have had a lifelong history of inner ear problems and ear surgeries and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help. She is extremely competent, professional, and kind. It is obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients.
