I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
