Poor bedside manner

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. He uses the computer to review what's going on with my mother before actually initiating activity.
