They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. However it is almost impossible to get an appointent. You get an answering machine after waitin a good 20 minutes on hold, and then the number you leave is not called back, they call your home number.

I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
