PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS BEWARE!!! I would not recommend Dr Timothy Frantz and believe I would have received better patient care at Social Services. He does not respond to emails, nor return phone calls, nor apologize for his incompetence or that of his office staff. It was I, the dying cancer patient,, that had to do follow up on test results only to find out the incorrect test was ordered, and was not even requested until a week after he told me it was done. I even named the correct test and facility to do the test in an email to Dr Frantz., yet he screwed it up. In addition, to make things worse, Dr Frantz makes you pay for a copy of your records! My insurance company already paid for them once, so by law they are mine, yet I still had to pay a second fee to obtain my records.

If you want a Dr that cares about you go elsewhere. Dying of cancer is hard enough on the patient and family, let alone having to put up with incompetent healthcare and the unnecessary additional stress.
