I did not have a good experience with this office. I had an appointment scheduled, and they canceled it by calling me one hour before the time. I ended up showing up because i did not receive the message in time, and one of the receptionists gave me a look like I had two heads. She was very rude, and it almost seemed like it was MY fault that I showed up.

We rescheduled for the next day, and lo and behold, they called to cancel again! I felt poorly treated.

When I finally got my appointment 2 weeks later, I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to see the doctor. That's right...one hour and 30 minutes.

The doctor is a nice man, and he seems experienced but I think he is overworked.

As he was writing my prescription, he actually fell asleep in his chair. I was humiliated.

I would never go back.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
