I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. The female doctor in this office could not possibly be an more unpersonable. She just sits there and nods. I was prescribed a medication which has to have prior authorization through my insurance. The office has to contact the insurance company in order for me to get the script. It has been three weeks and they still have not done so. The pharmacy has faxed the office and I have called them. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK HERE and I don't recommend you do either!!
The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. Although they presented other treatments, I still felt a little pressured to have surgery. They recommended it pretty quickly. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. What a horrible experience... complete dissatisfaction with this entire office. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.
