If Dr Cevera had spent more than 5 minutes looking at me and listening to me, I might have left the office with a chance of feeling better. He announced he knew what was wrong with me 30 seconds after he arrived in the room, even though he hadn't read anything I had written on the form they asked me to fill out, and even though his "diagnosis" didn't fit my symptoms. He suggested that to fix a decade of increasingly sharp ear pain I should go home and take ibuprofen. Then he was out of the room. This was a total waste of my time.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
