The staff must have not been trained very well. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. On more than one occasion, I waited on the phone for an excessive amount of time. One time, after 30 minutes, I came down in my car and personally told them off. Not the staffs fault, it's the administration. How about some respect!
Dr. Duembler is always nice, knowledgeable and respectful. The lab folks are nice. I remember one nurse that was nice and she confided in me, that a lot of patience complain about being seen way too long after their scheduled appointment. I'm glad Dr. Duembler is leaving your office. Hopefully, his new staff will be more respectful to their patience.
