Dr. Bailey is the epitome of the small town doctor. No nonsense and right to point, which is great. At the same time, it's apparent that she genuinely cares about the health of her patients. The staff in her office seem to really like and respect her, which is always a good sign. Staff is very responsive, especially Berniece. Only downside is the cumbersome on-line system from Kettering Medical Center. I'm sure that it helps with diagnosis and decisions. But when you're feeling bad, waiting for all the mandatory questions to be answered is frustrating. Not the staff or Dr. Bailey's fault or system.
