It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
