I have had years of therapy on and off, and have been to over a dozen therapists in all sorts of settings -- mostly individual but also a couple of group therapy programs. I have had some really good and helpful therapists in the past, however, Karen is THE BEST. Over the past 9 months working with her weekly, I have progressed more in that time than in the 19 years that I've been working on my traumas and issues. Presently, I am close to a truly happy and stable life. I still have some work to do, but I know that I will actually have a life only previously imagined. Seriously, she's that good.
