The therapist was able to answer every question I had and didn't just give me a shortened response either. My questions were answered thoroughly and thoughtfully, which highly impressed me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They seemed extremely interested in how they could help us solve our problems. They were completely supportive and willing to do whatever they could to get us through our issues. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
