Truly a seasoned therapist. Ellen was able to navigate our very complex issues that included helping me to navigate my wife’s delusional disorder and other mental health challenges. I learned that her erratic accusatory behavior was all fear based and that I could relieve her fear by listening deeply. Ellen thought me how to listen deeply even when my mind was telling me it was all nonsense. This led to greater understanding on my part. I could still be a loving, caring husband, and my wife was able to relax and start trusting me again.

She made sure every single question I had was answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting her, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to find and I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and she was by far the best therapist I've ever seen. She made the extra effort to make sure I felt comfortable and that every concern I had was addressed.
