They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had 2 fillings done and one onlay. The injections were done so well that I did not feel them at all. I had no pain at all during the visits and after the numbness wore off. My experience I had with the office was wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Maze and have recommeded her to family and friends. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit.

My review is one to CAUTION anyone who is considering dental work. I had dental worked performed by Dr. Heather L. Maze at Blue Heron Dentistry in Copley Ohio. I went to her office to have a check up and x-rays and later she informed me that ALL my teeth needed to be crowned. THIS WAS A FLAT OUT LIE, but a professional referred me to her and so I trusted what she told me. She charged over $37,000 to crown the upper teeth (which are not complete). I have been in pain ever since her work. She ruined my life with pain, pain, pain. She lacked the necessary skill and knowledge to crown all my teeth. Not only did she lack skill and experience, she never informed me of other treatment plans or choices. The story is very long and tedious. I chose to file a dental malpractice case against her in Summit County Court. Please do not go to this dentist. She may tell you you need something done that is not necessary. DO NOT GO TO ANYONE WHO CALLS THEMSELF A COSMETIC DENTIST!

If you need major dental work done, please go to a Prosthedontist. They have more experience and knowledge and a good one will not lie to you.

Heather L. Maze DDS was interested in $$$$$$$$$$$$ and not the golden rule of "DO NO HARM".
