They paid close attention to me and most of my questions were answered however Im not sure that he was the most competent. Their staff is very friendly, and welcoming . They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged however although I went in with a toothache the original x-ray was apparently not complete but when I said I wanted him to find out what was going on, they decided to take a second x-ray to reveal the "bottom" of the tooth and the associated problems. Otherwise I would have been released without him diagnozing the problem. If they had taken the x-ray properly to start with why wasnt the problem discovered especially since i complained of pain. It was somewhat dissapointing! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
