After not being to a dentist for a number of years, I was resistant about seeing someone new. (High anxiety...nervousness...with dentists) The girls in the office were very nice, and professional. The Dentist - Dr. Kipish? Seemed to not care AT ALL about what my treatment was going to be. I had to have a root canal - apparently they don't do it there, so I was to go to a specialist.. I also had 4 cavities, and he didn't really address those, or what the best course of action was, regarding the root canal and cavities. He looked at my x-rays and asked "So what can I do for you?" REALLY? You're a freaking dentist!!! YOU TELL ME WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!! Then, after looking over x-rays, he just--left the room... nothing. no "goodbye" or, "nice to meet you".. nothing. A-HOLE. OH, but the lady was QUICK to bring in the list of pricing for treatment. Dentist didn't even go over ANYTHING with me regarding pricing or treatment. I will NEVER go there again. In fact, I will be picking up my xrays and see another dentist tomorrow who can do it all in his office, and THEN some :)

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was a little too loud due to multiple children having their teeth cleaned and not liking it. It wasn't unbearably loud but it distracting for me to focus on my care. I felt very safe in their care.I have a high anxiety at dentist offices and my dentist was understanding with this. He took the time to make me comfortable and stopped working when I needed a breaks. No other dentist office has done for me in the past. I given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. This was my first visit to their office. I definitely trust them and will return to them again.
