Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Just as a side note, this business is conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and near all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment! They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was so impressed with how comfortable this office was. I wasn't freezing cold like most and they did everything to ensure I was satisfied! I tend to be sensitive to smells, especially bad breath, however this acupuncturist paid attention to details like that. I appreciated all of the attentiveness.
