I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I never once got the feeling that they were irritated or would rather be elsewhere. I didn't notice any side effects after my treatment. I felt fine when I left. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They seemed very flexible, which I liked. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited.

I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It put me at ease that they seemed well-trained and experienced. Everything went off without a hitch. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other clinics. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Not only did they thoroughly review my medical history before I started treatment, they sat down and discussed it with me too. They asked me questions, and made sure they had all the information they needed before treatment. I knew that the treatment I received would be more accurate and effective because they took the time to review my medical history.
