I was in NYC from out of state. I was very down with blocked ears and stuffiness. I felt 50% better by the time I left that evening and 80% better the next morning.

The staff was able to answer every single question I had. It was clear that Jenise knows what she is doing/has a gift. She put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. She never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't have to wait in the appointment room long at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. She worked me in the day that I called. I will absolutely return if I have more business in NYC. I had an amazing experience, and she is one the best I've ever seen.

Jenise is hands down the best acupuncturist I had! She not only cured my allergies, but also made my neck issue almost gone! She is a very well- educated and informed professional and a top in her field. She made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered, via email or text. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am a regular client of Jenise's and am very grateful for all her amazing abilities and her enormous help with my health.
