I tend to be sensitive to smells, especially bad breath, however this acupuncturist paid attention to details like that. I appreciated all of the attentiveness. They have a very good professional reputation. They are recognized in the community as being a top acupuncture clinic. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was confident that I knew the risks and benefits. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Regard for the individual is high in this practice. Care is taken during each appointment to check in with you on your current physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Making you feel understood and respected is a business-as-usual model for Dr. Tobol. He seeks to address immediate concerns and the underlying conditons that may be provoking your present situation. I have never left an appointment without a solid shift in the goings-on I came in with. And the depth of the treatment remains with you long after the appointment has ended. You get what you came for and an extra--usually a boost you didn't know you needed. He has been sympathetic to my situation (some grief and loss issues) and proactive in its treatment which seems to be led by an intuitive sense of things. I appreciate the gentle education he shares along the way helping me to better understand the impact of 'what is happening here is showing up over there' and what the remedy will need to be. Every effort is made to get me in for an appointment when the current schedule doesn't necessarily provide for one. The environment is soothing and the blanket is a nice touch. This is my go-to place for a multitude of things. While there for something else, he even addressed an isolated acne outbreak that my dermatologist couldn't fix. And thanks for the assist with my insurance company turn-over. Everything is easy here.
