They always greet me as soon as I walk in the door, and I seldom have to wait more than a few minutes. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor is professional, but approachable and engaging. He takes the time to answer any questions and explain what's happening. The adjustments always help.

I started with Dr. Ron back in the mid 70's after a toboggan accident. It took quite a while, but Dr. Ron corrected the accident issue and another issue I was not aware I had with my back. Since that time, I've had the pleasure of also being treated by Dr. Bob and Dr. Rick at the Troy facility. Having three different Doctors treating me has keep me in great shape. I'm 62 and not on any medications. And Dr. Rick has virtually eliminated the Carpal Tunnel symptoms I had in both wrists. I highly recommend these 3 doctors.
