I like Dr. Theil and the other staff at Tri-City ENT. My only issue was that it was often a long wait in the waiting room before being called back, then another long wait in the exam room before seeing the doctor. Even when my appointment was in the morning. I haven't been there in about a year and a half, but have another appointment scheduled in 2 weeks. I was happy they were able to get me scheduled pretty quickly.
I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
