This man ruptured my ear drum during an ear cleaning procedure, then prescribed ear drops which are have dripped through the hole in my ear drum and are inducing excruciating pain in my middle ear. I hope Dr. Ketterer sees this, and I hope he realizes that he may have cost someone their hearing in one ear.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
