There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I can't really say they are the friendliest doctor I've met. They didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I really don't see myself recommending them to anyone. I wasn't happy with their care and wouldn't want someone else to be as disappointed as I was. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

This doctor has an agenda. If you go there with an earache as an adult be prepared to hear his spiel about how adults don't ears and EVERYTHING can point back to TMJ. He will literally load you up with his writings and quack research about how all pain is TMJ and you should take this specific muscle he prescribes.
Also was really to have no one ask me ANY questions about my ENT history (which is pretty lengthy and illustrious) and he began making assumptions about me without asking me anything. Worst experience I have ever had with an ENT.
