I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

My child is handicapped and i was very concerned about the physician that I chose because I want to stick with the pediatrician for years to come. When I arrived at his new facility in Hurst (1717 Chadwick Court) I was amazed at the lovely facility. Dr. Levy spent time with me and my child. He made us feel really comfortable with the medical treatment that we are facing. Dr. Levy will be my child's doctor for life.
