They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Dr. Frank and his staff have the best "bedside manner" I have ever experienced with any health care practice I have ever seen! If you are referred to a Neurologist, I hope you are fortunate enough to receive services with Medical Neurology Associates in Hinsdale on Ogden Avenue! :-)
