I found Dr. Bart through the Minneapolis St Paul Magazine's Top Doctor list years ago. I go there as needed. Based on his position at the U, reputation and my experience, I trust he knows what he is doing. I have also found he charges within insurance fee schedules, whereas other clinics do not.

Be prepared to have medical students attend his visits. We all have to learn sometime, right?
