The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
