The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
