They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Doctor not only had no personality, but was impatient and lacked information on current treatment options for Multiple Sclerosis.

Dr. Ackell is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Considering her field, it really surprised me. At the time I was seeing a psychologist and they wanted me to ask a question regarding my meds. I made it clear to her that it was my psychologist that was asking the question. She stormed out of the room and returned with her prescription pad. She didn't even tell me if she was coming back. I was rendered speechless upon her return. I have never been treated so rudely by a physician. In fact, it was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. My psychologist was at the Epilepsy Foundation at the time. Several people I met there had similar horror stories. If you or someone you care about is seeing this doctor, please reconsider before it is too late.
