They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I think the doctor may be overworked and unable to give the individual care that I was expecting.
