John Valenty, CEO
John Valenty is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for business, technology, health, and wellness. Valenty's sales and marketing leadership created over $500 million in nutritional product sales in the mid-1990s at only 25 years of age. In 1997 John Valenty founded Earnware Corporation, the software company currently developing Wellness.com. Valenty also founded Wellness Group International, and Diversified Enterprises.

Robert Greenstein, President
Rob Greenstein has more than twenty years experience in health and wellness related marketing, management and business leadership. Rob has served as President of Earnware Corporation from 1999-to-present developing intimate familiarity with website technology, software development, and management of complex information systems. Rob also provides the seasoned organizational and financial leadership balancing the full-throttle entrepreneurial efforts of Valenty. Greenstein, Valenty and Mendes have developed a proven working relationship over many years enabling each of them to do what they do best without the typical issues facing new management groups.

Aaron M. Mendes, Chief Marketing Officer
Aaron Mendes has a diverse background in management, sales, marketing, Internet technology and a true passion for health and wellness. Aaron graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a B.S. degree from the #2 entrepreneurship school in the U.S. In 2002 he worked with MentorVest Partners, a venture capital firm in Sydney, Australia. Aaron then Joined Earnware Corporation, which is the software company incubating Wellness.com. At Earnware Corporation, Aaron earned the position of VP Marketing while leading several successful marketing initiatives for the company including the early design and development of Wellness.com.

Sarah Bouscaren, Chief Financial Officer
Sarah Bouscaren brings over a decade of experience in business finance and corporate administration. She has worked in the technology sector for Earnware Corporation, in the marketing sector for Unlimited Marketing and in the healthcare sector for Wellness Group International, LLC.

David H. Pohl, Esq., Chairman of the Board
David Pohl is an experienced business lawyer and seasoned executive who served as President and CEO of Patriot Scientific Corporation, Carlsbad, CA, a publicly-held company, from June, 2005 until June, 2007. He continues to serve as Chairman for that company today. Mr. Pohl also serves as a Director for Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Tustin, California, a publicly-held clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Law and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of California. Mr. Pohl has served as Special Counsel to the Attorney General of the State of Ohio. He also served as General Counsel of Security Pacific Financial Services and Gibraltar MoneyCenter, Inc. Mr. Pohl holds degrees in Law and Business from Ohio State University. He is a member of the Corporate Directors Forum of San Diego, has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Ohio State Bar Association, and is an Emeritus member of the Board of Directors of the American Financial Services Association, Washington, D.C.

Donald Loring McGee M.D., PhD, Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Donald McGee is a Board Certified M.D., graduated from Mt Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and has a accredited PhD in Health Studies from Saybrook Institute in San Francisco. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is a Founder of the American Holistic Medical Association and had his first practice within the first (and maybe only) comprehensive, holistic retreat center in North America known as Meadowlark of Hemet, California, which sadly, closed after the decline and death of its founder Dr. Evarts Loomis. Dr. McGee currently practices Emergency Medicine in rural communities in Nevada and California, and lives near Lake Tahoe. He has managed over 100,000 patient visits in over 30 years of hands on experience as a Medical Doctor including ER medicine, family practice, and management. He is also developing a company specializing in integrative medicine clinics and innovative healthcare solutions.

Ranya Alexander PhD, M.D., Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board
Dr. Alexander is a Board Certified Pediatric Specialist, graduated with Ph.D. and MD degrees from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine, and is a former Diplomat of the American College of Emergency Medicine. He is also a past Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr Alexander also has nearly three decades of medical experience. He is Associate Director of the Department of Urgent Care for Sharp Rees Stealy Medical Group in San Diego, CA. He has also been Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in Residence at U. of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Vice President and Co-founder of Choice Pharmaceuticals, whose all natural patented Derm-Ease® spray is effective against herpes infections. He also holds the patent for a high-tech moisture-sensing device marketed to many municipalities throughout the USA. Dr. Alexander has been a keynote speaker on college and high school campuses and on radio and television shows relating to health, endocrinology, biochemistry, nutrition, pediatrics and emergency medicine.
