youth villages forced my daughter to work 67 hours last week. And that does not include the hours they wanted her to work for paper work. The time card says they are to work 43 hours a week. My daughter consistently works + 55 hours with no financial remuneration. You decide if you want to work for a company that routinely does this to its employees. They have a 300% staff turnover. It's no secret as to why.
