Hands down the worst care! Bad enough I decided to terminate my care under Tina Hendrix. Billing issues and prescribing delays with no prior knowledge that the facility does not accept refill requests sent by pharmacy. Charge me $75 “no show” because I didn’t cancel an appointment 48 hours prior….. I HAD JUST MADE THE APPOINTMENT THAT MORNING, 48 hours prior not even slightly possible!!!
I do not recommend them at all !

He is a very well educated and competent physician. He is also flexible enough to help with the presented problems. We drive sixty miles to have appointments with him even though there are many other psychiatrists closer to where we live.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Dr. Menninger was poorly informed and unwilling to ask for consultation. He seemed unsure about what options for treatment he had.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The office was easy enough to find.
