My Name is Catherine Shain. I recomend that anyone who has a loved on in need of assistance STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
My Mother Sarah C. Wentworth was killed here as a result of Nursing Home Neglect. My mother was 89 year old, suffered from Demnetial and was allowed to walk out in the middle of the night on a a frigit February night. She froze to death outside. No one even looked for her until hours later. The aide was sleeping in the family room and the alarms were turned off. The Nurse, Supervisors and anyone else in authority did not do their jobs. They brought my mothers frozen, dead body back into the Nursing Home and attempted to warm it up as to appear as if she died of natural causes. They removed her own clothing and put on a thin nursing gown. One person took the fall.
the others were not prosecuted as they should have been.
THIS IS A DEATH CHAMBER NURSING HOME.... MY RATING IS -1000 zero star

I found the staff herer to be expremely responsive. Answered all my quewstions and followed up with a phone call. I hacve not made a final decision of the home I am chosing for my mother, but I am down to Arbor and one other.
