Dr. Mel and Jean are the best. This office is very comforting and very easy to get along with. Dr. Mel to me is not a doctor for the money but more for making people feel better. I saw him for my foot, but he has treated my back, hips, shoulders and neck. I feel like I am with family when I am in their office. I told my mom to see him to when she visits that she would love him. I have been late to appointments and they were not rude or snobby when I walked in, simply just "great that you made it". Dont get that anywhere anymore.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Was the waiting area spacious?
Yes
Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays?
No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
