Not particularly friendly office staff. The nurses are kind but over taxed with too many patients which means families must hire their own dedicated nurses which is through another company Asbury provides - thus another revenue stream. The PT staff are wonderful but like the nurses, over taxed with too many patients. Wilson is a for-profit facility within a non-profit facility - so there is conflict of interest at every turn. that does not mean the facility is bad, it just means you have to keep your eyes open and be diligent.

No, they were disgusting

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Yes, it was downright irritating!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

No. I still haven't talked to them.
