This place is horrible all the "higher up" people down talk everyone and I have heard them be threathned about losing their jobs. the patients are left in poor care and people from other departments have to do someone eklses work because the boss doesn't want to. This places makes me so upset especially how people workers and patients are treated. They are all FAKE when the STATE comes and should SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

The Geriatric Authority of Holyoke treat their patients rude and are very rough with them. CNA's leave patients in the bathrooms for a longtime they are also rough with them.They use their phones while batheing them and are just upright rude. The Geriatric Authority of Holyoke treat employess horriblely making them take extra days off without pay and favorite some employess then ohers.I have seen CNA's leave dirthy diapers in patients sinks and they are not sanitary at all. Housekeeping does a half ass job only really work when they know the STATE is going to be around. Place is horrible and honestly needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The members of this elderly care facility treat their residents as family. What they lack in a state of the art facility they make up for with genuine love and care. I would not hesitate to recommend the G.A.H.
