The Nursing Staff is terrible, I don't believe they take any kind of continuing education training. Communication between shifts is nonexistent. The new Executive Director tries really hard but it's almost like he has to start all over with qualified staff. All the nurses and nurses staff do is stand at the hallway desk and talk while the call bells go off! I would say there's a lack of leadership with the new nursing director, who is clueless about what goes on with her staff. I wish there were some other affordable place to put my loved one! But as they say, you get what you pay for!

I am now a patient here for the second time in five years. I only came back for the great physical therapy department. The food is OK and they say they will bring you something different between 7 and 7 but the kitchen will not answer your calls and they ignore messages. The aides are mostly nice and caring, but at least once every day, you can ring the bell for them and wait over an hour before someone comes!
