Do not leave anyone you love at this place! No air conditioning on the hottest day of the year! Poop all over the toilet, nurses staff ignores patients. It’s so bad we just had to call 911 to get my mother in law out of there because she isn’t t capable of walking to a car. I called several times as did the doctors office and all call went ignored! I’m reporting this hell hole to anyone who will listen!! Please listen to me and do not send your loved one here or they will be neglected to the highest degree!!

This is the worse nursing home in the state of RI, I don't even know how they are still open, they killed my mother because she was very neglected, every time I would go there or speak to someone who worked there, they would say, oh sorry, we are short staffed, my mom had dementia and she ended getting a really bad UTI, pneumonia and she had a very bad fall where she was trying to get out of bed and she fall on her head and smashed it on the ground ,and was sent out to the hospital, then went back the this death trap and during a months course she lost over 30 lbs, she wouldn't eat, drink or talk anymore ,and all while this was happening , I was never informed about this , I never even spoke to her doctor to this day that did the rounds there, I only got a call to let me know about her weight loss and was told she needed to be on hospice , awful place , my poor mom looked like death and the reason they told me she needed hospice was because she had Parkinson's ???? they didn't even know her diagnosed ,to make a long story short , my mom died a week later , please don't have any family member come here, they don't know the knowledge to take care of anyone ,there is not enough staff working there, they only check on the patients probably every 5 hours, if they had paid more attention to my mom, my mom would be alive today , these people that work here should be ashamed of themselves , this place is a death trap, I hope everyone that works here rots in hell !!!!!!!!!!

I only visited my Mom so I was there in her room and can't give a
review, but I am thinking about putting my Mom there because her
friends were there and they Loved it~

I couldn't say enough about this place. The office staff is amazing, they helped me out when other nursing home just didnt care. They helped me with the Medicaid process. They gave the best tours.

My mother really enjoyed the food, the activities and the wonderful Nurses that took care of her.

I would recommend this nursing home to anyone. My mother has been living there for over 6 years and each year it gets better.

Smells like urine, lost my grandmothers wedding band, saw the owner yelling and charging at women who was trying to leave. Very disturbing, will be switching homes shortly
