Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Dr. Lugo is awesome. She is careful and meticulous and she always takes time to listen to me and explain the options. I have recommended her practice to many of my friends.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
