Horrible patient care. Went for an injury, was given a rx to try and told to call back in 2 days if no improvement. Called back 2 days later, still in pain, and told i would have too wait 3 more days to talk to the Dr. that saw me, even though another Dr. was there. Unacceptable. And waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half, then waiting in the room for another 30 min is ridiculous. Horrible horrible patient care.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they were fully staffed

No, they didn't wear any cologne
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
