The worst office staff I have ever experienced, I have moved my whole family to another doctor's office and I would tell anyone else to do the same, horrific treatment to their patients!!!! from the moment you walk in you can tell they really don't care..... the office manager that helped my husband and daughter was so nasty and rude they left with no questions answered, when I called to find out what was going on or what happened, I was treated with the worst attitude I have ever experienced by no less the then office manager herself!!!! Dr. Frazer is a good doctor and a nice man but he really needs to rethink his office staff, not sure how he has any patients left?!?!?

Totally disrespectful of you and your time. I waited over an hour and a half just to get a P.A. to see me for a prescription refill. That is the last time I will ever go there. My wife fired him a while ago, I should have followed her lead.

I have used this service since coming to Tampa 14+ years ago, mostly for routine matters. The #1 issue is that they disrespect your time by making you hurry up and wait. Wait times of an hour or more are not uncommon. Wait in the lobby, then wait in the exam room, wait, wait, wait. This says their time is more important than their customer's time. It is very disrespectful to be left waiting for extended periods and every time you visit. AND, cell reception is not available in the office for some reason so you have to look at 1980's decorations and read old magazines. Can you image anyone being left for an hour before getting drinks at a restaurant, seen at a car dealership or addressed in a cell phone store. Why is it okay for a doctors office to provide such terrible service.

In 14 years I have yet to see the doctor; I have only seen a nurse practitioner. I had a serious illness that required a referral to an MRI. Dr. Fraziers office didn't just give me the referral, I had to schedule an appointment and wait to be seen yet only spent 5 minutes in the exam room while the MRI referral was written. Again, disrespecting my time.

Considering the number of doctors in the area, my family will be seeking services elsewhere where my time is at least equal to their time. PS - Don't try to bill me when I leave because I couldn't waste my day waiting to give you money for my patronage.

My husband saw this quack for over five years once every three months and was never diagnosed with A-Fib. Within five minutes of seeing a new doctor, they knew something was wrong and told him he had this condition for quite some time. Do not go to this man. He just wants you to come in four times more a year than you need to so he can get your insurance money.
